One of the main objectives of the TUBAU, is to implement a new corporate information system, optimization of the business processes. The TUBAU is the Slovakian construction company. The company gather on mySAP All-in-one and entrusted S&T Slovakia with the implementation. It was implemented within all the agreed time and the quality parameters and the resulting customer satisfaction that has led to an outsourcing contract.
The construction company which was establish as a joint venture between MARTI TunnelBau AG Switzerland and Danicon a.s. Slovensko and it is which consists of three business divisions. For the addition to the core business of the underground construction are the road tunnels, underground water plant facilities and the water feeders for the large-scale underground constructions. The company carry out the foundation of the construction using the drilled large-diameter piles and micropiles.
The TUBAU in mySAP selected a strong partner in implementing the mySAP All-in-One that is based in the ERP system S&T Slovakia. In the SAP solutions, the decision was made on the basis of S&T’s experience with the SAP solutions. The project consist of implementing the following mySAP All-in-one version ERP 2005 ECC 6.0 modules. The modules are the base, finance, logistic and the workk-flow.
In introducing the ERP in TUBAU, the main advantage are:

About the implementation of the mySAP All-in-One was completed very quickly, it is took in just three months. The classic implementation was carried out. The financial director of TUBAU Vierka Palanov6 said that after the deploying mySAP All-in-One, the quality of the business processes rose significantly.
The outsourcing is the quality of work that provides by the S&T Slovakia’s experts, the overall satisfaction with the progression of the project and the successful commissioning of the system impressed the management of TUBAU. It was led to the signing of a contract for the outsourcing, the corporate system management.
In Slovakia, January 1, 2009 the conjunctions with the switch to the euro was necessary to identify, plan and implement all the necessary Information Technology related changes at TUBAU. The S&T Slovakia has been providing full support to TUBAU with regards to the introduction of the EURO.
