In implementing th DCIx Warehouse Management System, the Aimtec manage the Adler Czech warehouse. From the Aimtec, the warehouse management system will manage the logistical process in the distribution of the warehouse of the Northern Bohemia company. The company was specializing the production and the sales of the marketing textiles. Within the warehouse, minimalize error-rate during the picking and dispatch, the reduce inventory discrepancies and the positively impact that the overall customer service in the new warehouse system that will increase the labor productivity. The company management has decided in JUne 2010 to call for the tender for the provision of the comprehensive delivery of the logistical system solution. It includes the integration into the existing corporate system and the communication technologies. In August 2010, the DCIx implementation of the WMS are being negotitaed. The main benefits of the project was 80% inventory cost reduction, 30% warehouse throughput increase and the elimination of the errors during the picking and dispatch.
