The outsourcing highlighted the financial and economic crisis that is delegating services to the other firms as there way for companies to reduce or optimize costs. The popularity of the outsourcing has not risen significantly in Slovakia. The reason is because of the limited scope for savings which the approach offers Slovak firms. The move to the greater outsourcing is visible in the public services to keep pace with the development.
To reduce or optimize operating costs, the outsourcing of services and processes is seen. It increase the quality of provide services, standardize processes and it make them more effective and it make relationships and organization more transparent, it also includes the responsibilities and the optimal utilization of source.
The senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Slovakia told the Slovak Spectator that it is precisely during an economic crisis that the outsourcing as a way to reduce costs and it maintain access to qualified human resources that comes to the fore. To reduce wage costs, to obtain access to a qualified labor force and to achieve effectiveness via a change in business process and pressure of competition is the main reasons why companies choose outsourcing.
The manager of the performance and technologies department at KPMG in Slovakia is Milos Molnar, said that the regards to Slovak customers, that many companies have just started outsourcing, especially the Information Technology, payroll processing and the print and associated service.
