The Central Europe was hit by the deadly floods, the human cost of flash floods is much smaller however the heavy downpours over th weekend have caused significant damages in Europe. In Poland 15 people were killed, the Czech Republic, Germany and Lithuani. The Poland was recovering from there major flooding that declare two dozen of lives. According to the latest weather news the rivers overflowed their banks and a dam burst in the southwest of the country. The people in the Czech Republic has been evacuated from some of the worst-hit towns in the north. The man in Raspenava in the LIberac region said that “I have lived here for 64 years and the water has never overrun the road here before,” The government has met in emergency session to evaluate the situation, this is because of the hundreds of homes still deprived of power and drinking water. It remain alert in the eastern German stated of Saxony and Brandenburg after the level of the water is high. The cost of the damage is expected to run into millions of euros in the city of Goerlitz. Jens Wolfram resident of Goerlitz complained that the authorities had not provided food and drink . “Local tap water is apparently contaminated”Jens Wolfram said. When the water levels was normal the severe damage has already done. Disaster can bot stop by someone else even though he/she is the powerful in the world nothing gonna stop it. The people should do there own responsibilities in fixing there things that can cost flood. The government should take some solutions for this kind of problem.
