The most important and well-known Information Technology event devoted to the Information Technology in the Public administration in Slovakia is the ITAPA International Congress. The best Information Technology projects was awarded in the prestigious prices by the jury specialists. In the Process Improvement category, the best project was the IS MCS, this is the Information System of Road Network Model. This is registered by the the Slovenska sprava ciest and supplied by the SOFTEC and the ArcGEO Information System. There was a goal in the project to support, in the Slovak road network, the processing data of the characteristics and metrics. The technical recording of the Slovak land roads, their parts and the accessories and the evaluation of their condition, the communication of the road administrator at the national with the center at the General Headquarters of the Slovenska sprava ciest, thi is the informatization of processes, and the last support of the goal of the project is the communication with the third parties that applies the cooperation in the selected projects, the support for the processing the agenda of the road administration authorities in the field of issuing permits for the special use of the land roads. This is when transporting over mass and oversize loads. For maintaining the detailed technical record of the Slovak road network and the managing process related to the road network model is defining the scope of the method and process. There is the one who is very grateful and proud in what they achieved and she also thank her colleagues who are not present in the event, the named who saying this lines is Alica Szebenyiova. They just a simple road workers, they were the ones people might complain about when there were a pot-holes or roads was inaccessible. However, they were the people who collect the data about the roads and try to have the quality database. In the competition the thirteen projects was registered. The seven projects in the process improvement category and the six project in the New services category. At the presentation, the results were announced at the presentation ceremony Gala Evening ITAPA 2010. This is in the Kempinski Hotel River Park Bratislava. When it comes in outsourcing, the things makes possible, most of the business and companies now is using the tactic of the outsourcing wherein, it helps the business and the company to have a good performance. It also have a solution, this solution is very useful, so that people, business and at the same time the companies use the technique of the outsourcing.
